The Old Way
- 45 minutes before your flight departs, the gate agent makes an announcement asking for volunteers
- If you accept the offer, you (and maybe your family) wait around the airport for the “next available flight”
- You eventually reach your destination, but arrive tired and stressed
With Bump Agent
- One or more days before your flight, you get a message with an offer to change your flight to a specific alternative flight in exchange for an incentive
- You decide whether or not to accept. If you do nothing, you keep your original flight
- If you accept, we re-book you on your chosen alternate flight - so you can go to the airport relaxed and feeling good about the incentive you’ve earned

When airlines overbook your flight, you will get offers to switch your flight in exchange for incentives.Offers will arrive before your day of travel and include a specific alternative flight – no guessing when you can travel; no waiting around the airport. -
Decide and Fly!
If you choose to accept an offer, we re-book you on your chosen alternate flight and off you go! There are no re-booking fees and your incentives will be delivered shortly after your flight.It is always your decision to either accept an offer or do nothing and keep your original flight.
